Performances From “2013 Dream Concert”

The “2013 Dream Concert” was held on May 11, at the Seoul World Cup Stadium, and was the 19th annual “Dream Concert. The event was finally broadcasted last night on Korean television.

As one of the largest annual K-Pop event in Seoul, a total of 22 teams were at the event, including Girls’ Generation,SHINee, BEAST, SISTAR, 4Minute, T-Ara N4, Speed, EVOL, VIXX, ZE:A, Kara, Infinite, Secret, 2AM, ZE:A & Girl’s Day, UBeat, BTOB, Boyfriend, Girl’s Day, Huh Gak, B1A4 and Rainbow. 

Special Stages included ZE:A & Girl’s Day performing “Sea” and  Hyorin (SISTAR) & Changmin (2AM)  performing “When I First Saw You.”

Kara’s Goo Hara, SHINee’s Onew, and BEAST’s Yoon Doo Joon were the hosts of the concert this year.

Girl’s Day’s Hyeri Is a Living Doll in Latest Selca

Hyeri, from idol group Girl’s Day, recently posted a doll-like selca.

On December 23, Hyeri wrote on her twitter, “I’m bored” and included a photo.

In the picture, she fashioned a white fancy off-the-shoulder dress and wavy hairstyle.  She drew attention because she  resembled a doll with her clear facial features and slender body.

Netizens who came across this stated, “How cute,” “Looks just like a doll,” “Pretty,” and “She got bored so she’s playing by herself?” were some of the comments made.

Meanwhile, “Girl’s Day” appeared on MBC‘s variety program “Weekly Idol” on December 19 and revealed their bright and honest charm.

Girl’s Day “Blue Rain” remake rises to the top of music charts

Girl’s Day‘s newest song, “Blue Rain 2012“, a remake of Fin.K.L‘s “Blue Rain“, is doing well on music charts.

According to Dream Tea Entertainment, on the 28th, Girl’s Day has achieved the #1 spot on Bugsand Soribada‘s real time charts as well as #7 on MelOn, a notable achievement as this song was released as part of a project album for composer Shin In Soo rather than an official single release.

Girl’s Day shared, “It is an honor to do a remake of Fin.K.L sunbaenim’s song. We think of Fin.K.L as our role models and will do our best to become the nation’s fairies like them.”
